The Dragonfly System from BuschKraft, a modular precision pottery tool designed by Nicholai Busch and made in the USA. A knurled metal handle, inspired by drafting pens, holds interchangeable tips in a collet that grips any solid shaft between 3 and 4.5mm. Swap trimming, carving and detailing tips by hand with no extra tools, and the collet will also take hobby-knife blades, tungsten tips and rotary burs.
The tapered, balanced body gives close, steady control for fine work. The standard blades do not need sharpening and are inexpensive to replace.
This is the starter carving kit, supplied as a set of three: the Dragonfly handle with interchangeable blades, ready to trim, carve and detail straight away.
