Shipping policy
Same-day delivery in London. Orders within London can be delivered the same day by Uber courier. Order online or call us on 07956 002055, up to one hour before the shop closes. For phone orders we can send images of the items you are interested in and a PDF of everything we currently have in stock. We confirm the courier cost with you before sending.
United Kingdom. Orders placed before 11:00 are packed the same day, collected the next working day and sent on a 48 hour service, usually with FedEx.
International. FedEx or UPS, typically 2 to 7 working days depending on destination. Allow longer where customs clearance is involved. We are not currently shipping directly to consumers in the European Union.
Collection. You are welcome to collect your order from the shop at Railway Arch 848, Brayards Road, Peckham, London SE15 2AG.
Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays and may vary for reasons outside our control. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are added to the price of your goods.
Customs, duties and taxes
- United States: duties and taxes are charged at checkout and we pay them to customs on your behalf, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
- Other international destinations: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are your responsibility and are not collected at checkout. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
