Tea Dust is a deep, glossy black-brown shot through with fine speckle. Thin coats read brown to honey; three coats or more bring out the dark, tea-dust variegation. Glaze thickness, clay, firing and cooling all shift the effect.
A brush-on stoneware glaze for functional and decorative ware.

WARNING! Do not ingest. Keep away from eyes. If product gets into eyes rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid dust and dry glaze build up from evaporation of solution. Wash with a wet cloth only and do not sweep or dust off. Ensure adequate ventilation during firing.
This ceramic glaze is ready for brush-on application. Stir thoroughly before use to ensure an even mix with no sediment. Apply 2-3 coats using a brush or sponge for a consistent finish. For varied effects, experiment with different application techniques and coat thicknesses, but be sure to protect your kiln shelves. Please note that results may vary depending on application thickness, firing temperature, and cycle. Testing is recommended.
