The Dragonfly System from BuschKraft, a modular precision pottery tool designed by Nicholai Busch and made in the USA. A knurled metal handle, inspired by drafting pens, holds the tip in a collet that grips any solid shaft between 3 and 4.5mm, so tips swap by hand with no extra tools. The tapered, balanced body gives close control for fine trimming.
This one comes fitted with the Delta tungsten trimming blade. Tungsten keeps its edge far longer than plain steel, cutting cleanly through leather-hard porcelain and stoneware without sharpening.
