A focused, in-person session to master brush-on glaze application. You’ll get a clear intro to what glazes are and how they behave, watch a live demo, and glaze one small bisque piece using a GLOST brush-on glaze of your choice (included). We’ll cover surface prep, coat thickness, timing, overlapping strokes, edges/rims, simple layering, and how to avoid common issues like streaks, crawling and pinholes.
Please bring one small bisque-fired item (cup, mug, small bowl or tile; max ~15 cm). If you don’t have bisque, GLOST pieces are available to buy on the day. Firing is included, with free studio pick-up when ready; postage to your address is available at extra cost. Ideal for beginners and improving potters in shared or home studios. Small group for hands-on guidance. Wear studio-friendly clothes and feel free to bring a notebook or take reference photos.
